I have known Mike since 2007 when he was a member of the Senior Management Team and Training Quality Manager at Directory of Social Change.

He left because he wanted to run his own business, although we begged him to stay. In fact he still remains an Associate Trainer and Consultant with us to this day.

He is by far and away one of the most imaginative, intuitive and intelligent people I’ve worked with. His training approach is creative, empathetic and delivers real clarity.

As a member of our Senior Leadership Team Mike brought creativity, integrity and strategic thinking to the team and his training courses were always well-received, using interactive training methods.

Mike has extensive experience of the charity sector, the beneficiaries they serve and the issues and challenges they face.

Mike’s INSPIRE values reflect his professionalism and I know from experience that he lives them in all aspects of his life, both professional and personal. I think he is an exceptional human being and am so grateful that he came into my orbit!
