3. Bookings and Purchases

3.1 Making a booking or purchase

By completing a booking or purchasing a course through the Website, you are entering into a contract with Mike Phillips Training. You will receive a confirmation by email once your booking or payment has been processed.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed on the Website and are in pound sterling (£). Prices include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without notice.

3.3 Payment

Payment is taken securely online at the time of booking or purchase. We use a third-party payment processor; your card details are not stored on our systems.

3.4 Cancellations and refunds – coaching, training, and consultancy bookings

  • Cancellations made more than 5 working days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 5 working days may be rescheduled at our discretion, but are not eligible for a refund.
  • If we need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3.5 Cancellations and refunds – online courses

Due to the digital nature of online course content, once you have accessed the course materials, we are unable to offer a refund unless the content is materially defective. If you have not yet accessed the course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


4. Online Learning

Access to online courses is provided through the Website’s learning platform. Upon purchase, you will be granted access to the relevant course materials for the period specified at the time of purchase.

You agree not to share your login credentials, reproduce, distribute, or resell course materials. All course content is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of Mike Phillips Training.
