Working with Diversity
We work and live in a wonderfully diverse society and in workplaces comprising of people from many different backgrounds, cultures and abilities where flexibility and adaptability are keys to success.
Diversity enriches our organisations and the communities in which we live and work. However, difference also brings with it many challenges and opportunities.
John F. Kennedy reflected:
“If we cannot end now our differences, at least we can help make the world safe for diversity.”
